I bought a sofa and side table from article about two years ago, i still feel really good about the whole thing. They’ve held up great and still look really nice in my space. I was definitely a little unsure about ordering furniture online, but the delivery was easy and everything just worked out better than I expected. No regrets at all

The box showed up solid with no damage that I could see, so that was a good sign. I can’t really say much beyond the delivery/packaging yet, but it seemed well protected. Only downside was there was a lot of foam to clean up afterward.

The sofa itself is nice though, and I think other customers would be happy with it as long as they’re okay with the lower height.
